Caroline is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Vanderbilt University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from Vanderbilt University as well. Her research and clinical experience with teens susceptible to anxiety and depression has helped inform her clinical interest in OCD, anxiety, depression, and related disorders.

Caroline is dedicated to providing compassionate and collaborative care, while striving to create a supportive environment for her clients to feel safe exploring challenges and building resilience. Her goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to navigate challenges through evidence-based practices such as ERP and CBT.

Outside of the office Caroline enjoys bowling, running, trying new coffees, crafting, and spending time with her friends and family. Caroline is working under the supervision of Courtney Bottoms-Gustafson, LPC-MHSP.
