Becky earned her Bachelor of Music from Belmont University before going on to complete a Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee. During graduate school, she completed her clinical internship at the Nashville OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center, where she continued developing a strong interest in treating OCD and related disorders. Beyond her clinical training, Becky has worked with Nashville-based nonprofits focused on youth development, mentorship, and expanding access to post-secondary education.
In her therapeutic work, Becky brings warmth and a commitment to creating an affirming, collaborative space. She tailors treatment to each individual, with a particular passion for working with youth. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Outside of her work as a therapist, Becky enjoys making music and art, reading, cooking, and playing video and board games with friends. She also loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Penny and Percy.
