Ally Wallace is a prelicensed therapist with a commitment to making a positive impact on the mental well being of others. Ally earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Belmont University in 2019, setting the foundation for her journey in the field of mental health. Passionate about honing her skills, Ally pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2021. Her path was enriched by her experience in community mental health before working in private practice settings.

Ally's professional journey has centered around assisting youth and adults facing a diverse range of challenges. She is passionate about working with clients affected by anxiety, depression, OCD, gender dysphoria, and trauma. Ally uses evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. As a clinician, Ally strives to meet every client where they are and provides a non judgmental and comfortable space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions. Ally’s goal is to collaborate with and guide every client by providing effective tools to address their challenges and stressors. Ally is supervised at the NOATC by Kelly Flanagan.

In her free time, Ally enjoys reading mystery novels, listening to music (especially Taylor Swift), and going to concerts.
