Ron Heady, MA

Office Assistant
Ron has lived in the Nashville area since 2000. He received a BA degree from DePauw University and an MA from Indiana University; he has completed additional graduate work at the University of Washington, the University of Evansville, and Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. After a long career in public education as a high school and middle school teacher, Ron now teaches online courses in English and Latin for high school students. He divides his remaining time among a variety of volunteer activities--tutoring striving readers at a Nashville elementary school; serving with NOAH, a social action organization in Nashville; moderating workshops and other community-based events. An avid life-long reader, Ron continues to enjoy both contemporary and classic works of fiction and nonfiction in a variety of genres.
